The Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as a servant leader andcoach forone or moreAgile Release Train (ART). In a highly regulated environment, the RTE ensures predictable, high-quality, compliant value delivery at scale while navigating strict governance, audit requirements, risk controls, and security mandatesusing Agile andSAFeprinciples mixed in with some waterfall aspect.
This role is ideal for an experienced agile leader who thrives in complex, regulated settings and understands that in finance, predictability and compliance are as critical as speed and innovation.
