Release Train Engineer (RTE)
SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You will work on an innovative team focused on new, diverse tools and technologies, and will be responsible for one or more Agile Release Trains for the company’s programs and/or solutions, including PI Planning preparation and leadership, Scrum team mentoring and management, and delivery of committed development efforts on time for every PI.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive actions post‑initiation on solutions from design/requirement analysis through delivery, taking ownership after initial discussion and scoping.
- Support engineering teams and/or a Release Train, and work with cross‑functional teams to define, develop, and integrate solutions with business operating processes as needed, working across product groups and geographies.
