Responsible for the Reliability Engineering (RE) year plan: prepare, approvals, feedback, follow-up, execute and facilitate: criticality ranking
RE analysis (FMEA, PMO)
development of maintenance strategies
development of spare part strategies Responsible for storing relevant RE data in IT systemSpecial focus and facilitation of FMEA/PMO on critical assets causing the biggest reliability losses of the plantParticipate and/or lead RCPS sessionsProvide training: Criticality Ranking, FMEA/PMO, RCPS tools, software tools such as MeridiumResponsible for optimization of the maintenance concept for the life cycle of assetsResponsible to create First Line Maintenance plans: Facilitate between Production and Maintenance ExecutionIdentify, participate and/or lead projects aimed at improving the reliability of equipment and processes...
