As a Reliability Lead , you'll be the driving force behind our mill's operational excellence. You are responsible for managing the preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize the availability and reliability of the mill’s assets while producing products in the most cost-effective manner. The starting range for this role is $78,000 to $104,000 or higher, depending on your experience.
