The Specialized Foster Care program (SFC) is designed to provide specialized (Matrix Program) and therapeutic (CHIPS Program) services to support adolescents, ages 8-18, to manage emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric problems in a highly supportive, individualized and flexible foster home setting.
