Job Description
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective drivers, playing a key role in converting leads into qualified applications and keeping our recruiting pipeline moving efficiently.
- Manage the full screening process for driver candidates via phone and digital channels
- Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective drivers using Tenstreet (ATS)
- Convert leads into completed applications, targeting 50+ applications per day
- Perform consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting Managers to prioritize and move candidates through the pipeline
- Identify and escalate any blockers that may impact performance goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports in the system
- Ensure detailed and actionable notes for seamless recruiter handoff
