This remote role serves as the key technical liaison, overseeing the entire switch cycle, managing customer communications, and ensuring integration adjustments are effectively handled.
The ideal candidate will maintain clear accountability and create documentation, while coordinating with various departments to resolve technical challenges. Fluency in English is a must.
