PetDesk is looking for a remote PiMS Coordinator to simplify transitions for active accounts moving between Practice Information Management Systems. You will act as the technical liaison and assist customers during these vital software shifts. The role is fully remote, aligned with North American business hours.
Responsibilities include managing the entire switch cycle for customers, executing post-switch validation, and collaborating across departments. Fluency in English is required.
