This fully remote position requires excellent technical coordination skills, fluency in English, and proactive customer communication. The role includes managing technical processes and ensuring smooth transitions for North American customers.
Contractors are expected to work during North American business hours and maintain their own work setup including stable internet connectivity. This position is pivotal for facilitating seamless software shifts for PetDesk clients.
