About The Role
We are currently seeking a bilingual junior Recruiter to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria
- Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner
- Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms
- Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline
- Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes
- Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date
