As a Renewal Specialist, you will partner with Customer Success Managers and distributors to streamline renewal processes for assigned customer accounts. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while also involving some travel to client sites. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating proposals, and maintaining accurate tracking of renewals.
