Job Summary
As a Renewals Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for the daily creation and administration of subscription and support renewal quotations. You will execute all phases of the contract renewal life-cycle, from initial communication to final quote revision. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless renewal process by interacting with channel partners and internal sales personnel to protect and grow our recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with renewal account managers, channel partners, and sales teams to generate and deliver subscription and support renewal quotes 90-120 days before contract expiration.
- Validate all supporting data for quote accuracy, meticulously investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
