Renewals Specialist Position Overview
SOVOS is seeking a Renewals Specialist to join our newly created Renewals organization.
The idóneo candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a quota‑carrying individual contributor role.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Internal and External Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within our customers.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans.
- Implement Renewals Best Practices: Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal.
