Insurance Representative | Mon–Fri at Confie Tijuana
Important: This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses. A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position. WhatsApp will be the only method for follow-up.
Responsibilities- Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
- Verify policy information accurately
- Collect and document claim details in the client’s claims management system
- Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
- Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- A professionally structured CV in English
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
