This position combines expertise in organic chemistry with data‑driven innovation, leveraging AI/ML tools and Python scripting to optimize crystallization and continuous improvement strategies. You will work at the intersection of hands‑on experimentation and advanced data analysis, contributing to scalable, safe, and sustainable processes in line with GMP and SHE standards.
Workload distribution:
40% hands‑on laboratory work (experimental design, PAT implementation, crystallization support)
60% data analysis, modeling, and reporting
