Research Scientist, postdoc, Agricultural climate intelligence

Luke is seeking a postdoc for a three-year position. The task involves combining crop simulation models with artificial intelligence. The work builds on Lukes previous research and is carried out in an international research environment.

Job description

The researcher (Postdoc) will work on developing Agricultural climate intelligence stack for forecasting crop growth under future climate conditions. The selected candidate will implement high-performance hybrid crop growth models that contain mechanistic and neural network components. These models will build on previous research and existing modeling software, and will support agricultural decision-making and preparedness for climate risks.
