We are seeking a self-motivated research specialist to join the laboratories of Dr. Stephen F. Traynelis at the Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology, Emory University School of Medicine. The research focus of our laboratory is the function of glutamate NMDA receptors, disease-associated genetic variations in NMDA receptor subunits encoded by GRIN genes, and the development of subunit-selective compounds that can correct the altered NMDA receptor function.
