Resident Care Partner – Casual (Aspira Harvest Crossing Retirement Community – Tillsonburg)
Rate of Pay: $17.53 – $18.65 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Review residents’ support plans and provide support for all required activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming and mobility, continence management, collecting and washing laundry, and sorting and storing clean laundry.
- Monitor and document residents’ vitals, weights, behavior, mobility and safety, and report any changes to appropriate team members.
- Escort residents to social activity programs, appointments, dining facilities and other venues.
- Respond promptly to nursing call systems.
- Assist with move‑in, move‑out and transfer of residents.
