Job Description
Role:
- Resident Manager – Ottawa, ON
- Resident Manager – Cornwall, ON
Pay: $32,000 – $36,000 per year – rent, utilities, and internet are included.
Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (some flexibility). Must be available 24/7 for emergency calls.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing buildings or townhouse complexes
- Preferred experience as Assistant Resident Manager, Resident Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Superintendent
