A high-end Italain restuarant are now seeking an experienced Front of House Manager
Front house manager duties and responsibilities:
Service delivery: Table arrangement and function monitoring.Willing to work on various shifts especially Fri to Sun(work at least 5 days a week).Confirm bookings by calling guests(or arrange someone to do it)Close shop during the shift, make sure the air-con and lights are off, doors are properly locked before closing the shop. HR management: Hiring and training staff: Including arranging online advertisement, resume screening, interviewing, trialing new staff, and determine wage rates.Monitoring performance of staff: monitor the performance and appoint talented staff to take on more responsibilities according the operation needs, such as liquor purchase, social media promotion(photography and content creation).
