As a Wellness Instructor, you guide guests through a variety of physical and holistic wellness experiences in a safe, engaging, and personalized way.
Your role includes leading high‐energy workouts, mindful healing practices, and fostering a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Conduct wellness classes including yoga, functional training, Aqua Yoga, stretching, and other fitness activities tailored to different levels.
Facilitate holistic sessions such as meditation, breathwork, and sound healing in a calm and welcoming environment.
Engage with guests before and after sessions to personalize their wellness experience and offer guidance aligned with their individual goals.
Promote regular participation in the resort's wellness program through enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellbeing.
