As a Wellness Instructor, you guide guests through a variety of physical and holistic wellness experiences in a safe, engaging, and personalized way. Your role includes leading high‑energy workouts, mindful healing practices, and fostering a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
- Conduct wellness classes including yoga, functional training, Aqua Yoga, stretching, and other fitness activities tailored to different levels.
- Facilitate holistic sessions such as meditation, breathwork, and sound healing in a calm and welcoming environment.
- Engage with guests before and after sessions to personalize their wellness experience and offer guidance aligned with their individual goals.
