Retail Store Department Head (62010) Responsibilities
Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organise and maintain inventory
Supervision Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Site Environment First Nations settlements
Work Setting Rural area, remote location, willing to relocate, no fly‑in/fly‑out or rotational arrangements available, food service establishment, supermarket/grocery store
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
