We’re hiring leaders for Best Buy’s newest store in Owen Sound. The positions are available immediately.
Retail Store Manager (General Manager)
Responsibilities: You will oversee all aspects of the store, lead the team, partner with all areas of the business and vendors, and maintain the store’s KPI and profit & loss.
- Lead, coach and develop staff to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
- Ensure store KPIs are met and profit and loss targets are achieved.
- Engage the floor to increase employee engagement and customer experience.
- Travel to other store locations for training during the first two months.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a retail store manager.
- 5+ years of leading a large retail team and managing operational expenses and revenue.
