Job Summary:

As D2L’s Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by helping deliver and maintain the training, content, and tools that improve prospecting effectiveness, meeting conversion, and time to productivity. You will partner with Revenue Enablement, BDR leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to understand enablement needs, coordinate execution of key initiatives, and ensure BDR‑facing resources are accurate, easy to find, and consistently used.

In this role, you will help run onboarding and continuous learning for BDRs by managing logistics, maintaining training materials and knowledge bases, and supporting live sessions as needed. You are detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative—able to translate field feedback into practical improvements and track participation and adoption using defined enablement metrics.
