Job Description
This role is focused on delivering strategic insights to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) decisions across Price, Pack, and Promotion. Acting as a key business partner to the RGM team, the role requires strong commercial understanding, market intuition, and a holistic view on business performance to shape effective revenue management strategies for both Snacks and Beverages categories.
The primary goal is to translate shopper, consumer, category, and financial understanding into actionable recommendations supporting Pack Price Architecture, promotion effectiveness, and mix optimization. By leveraging internal and external data sources, advanced analytics, and dedicated research, the role provides strategic guidance on pricing, packaging, and promotional decisions while ensuring alignment with brand strategies, consumer demand, and key business KPIs.
