Hotel Brand:
Location: Mexico, Guadalajara
Manage Revenue Management for Hire (RMH), including inbound Revenue stream and outbound service, and Manage Specialists. Responsible for Budgets and Expenses for both teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage the RMH service model for Franchise Hotels under contract
- Develops and executes service monitoring for RMH standards to Franchise Hotels under contract
- Provide training to RMH Teams and Specialists.
- Responsible for management of contracts signed to RMH service.
- Manage analysis and actions performance against strategies.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education – B.S. /B.A. in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
