As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you ensure that marketing, sales, and customer success run like one well-oiled machine with the goal of: more revenue, faster, and more predictably.


Tasks



  • Optimizing the entire revenue funnel (from first click to retention & upsell)

  • Achieving maximum conversion from leads, MQLs, and SQLs

  • Configuring CRM (HubSpot) to truly make sales close faster

  • Building dashboards driven by revenue (pipeline, MRR, CAC, LTV)

  • Spotting bottlenecks in the funnel and resolving them immediately

  • Automating processes so teams work faster and smarter

  • Improving and increasing the reliability of sales forecasting
