Lexton Stanley is mandated by a leading Geneva-based private bank to identify a RFP Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
You will join the Asset Management division's RFP team and play a key role in supporting the global institutional business. Your mission: craft compelling, accurate and timely responses to institutional requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires, coordinating across Investment, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and deliver high-quality RFP and DDQ responses
- Maintain and optimise consultant databases
- Keep flagship fund due diligence materials current and standardised
- Manage multiple concurrent requests with rigour and precision
Your Profile
- Prior experience in a similar RFP / proposal / bid management role
- Background in asset management (long-only and/or alternatives)
