Rhythm, Repetition, and the Poetic Play
A one-day workshop with award-winning playwright Mercedes Isaza Clunie.
Working at the intersection of poetry and playwriting? Have a piece in development that needs help flowing from page to page? Passionate about creating theatre that breaks form? This workshop is for you.
On Saturday June 20th, Mercedes will lead a small group of writers through an intensive 8‑hour workshop (with a 1‑hour lunch break) that will support the creation of bold new Canadian work.
Coffee, tea, and snacks provided.
To apply: submit a resume, a sample of your work, and a 250‑word play idea pitch using the Google Form.
Deadline: June 7th @ 11:59 pm.
