:4SE Telemetry/Medical Surgical
4SE is a 10-bed unit consisting of both tele and medical surgical patients. Patients can have either cardiac or flex monitoring. Patients seen on this unit can have cardiac conditions, respiratory disease, renal failure, and more. For our cardiac population, nursing is responsible for cardiac drips, tubes, lines, drains, and pre/post cardiac procedures. For our med/surg population, nursing is responsible for non-cardiac drips, tubes, lines, drains, and pre/post-surgical procedures.
