A Roadway Contract Administrator role based in either our offices in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, and Sudbury, ON . Full‑time, newly created position, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
  • Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
  • Work with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to keep information flow up‑to‑date and accurate.
  • Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
  • Monitor design changes, contractor and sub‑contractor activities and progress.
