THE ROLE
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience
- Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
- Execution of visual merchandising directive
- Effective stock management

- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
