Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Cheese Extruder Operator to join our team located in Roswell, NM. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains and distributors.
TheExtruder Operator maintains constant levels and proper mixture of all ingredients being added to the cheese; Maintaining a clean environment and adhering to all the GMPs, SOPs, and Critical Control Points pertaining to Food Safety and USDA regulations.
The Extruder operator must be able to communicate well between all departments such as Whey, Processing, Cheese, etc. Must be able to make computer adjustments to start the CIP process and control product salt set points, cheese speed, etc. This position must know how to properly make adju...
