About the job RQ08673 - Solutions Designer - Senior The purpose of this RFS is to acquire one (1) Senior Solutions Designer (Lead Developer) for the designing of hosted technology solutions based on the OPS service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models in order to deliver applications hosted by LTC that meet the business requirements and project/initiative deliverable specifications.
The consultant will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements and functional specifications into working, tested, and configurable components and applications.
The services and deliverables to be provided by the vendor will include:
Leads Scrum agile development as both a senior developer and a scrum master
Leads task planning, daily standups, iteration demos, and review meetings
Prepares and oversees the preparation of technical project plans, leads teams, determines project schedules, monitors activities ...
