Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Team’s operational activities by defining priorities, planning workload, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved
- Supervising day-to-day processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and procedures
- Ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly in line with Group reporting standards and local GAAP requirements
- Leading and coordinating period-end close activities (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Strengthening the control environment by overseeing key controls, detecting gaps, and driving corrective actions
- Supporting in-depth financial analyses to enhance data accuracy and provide meaningful business insights
- Presenting results and performance metrics through structured reports and dashboards to senior management
