Safety and Occupational Health Specialist

Summary This position is with the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), within the Directorate of Construction (DOC), located in Washington D.C. This position is inside the bargaining unit. The full performance level of this position is at the GS-12 grade level. This position is NOT remote. Selectee will be expected to report to the office above. Responsibilities Major Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: GS-09: Assisting with research and development of written analyses of regulatory issues involving construction workplace safety. Assisting with development of construction standards and related projects. Assisting with development of written and oral briefing materials to support policy determinations.
