North Halifax PCN is a well‑established network of four collaborative practices delivering outstanding care to our population for over 7 years. Our vision is to build services that improve patient outcomes, share clinical skills consistently, ease practice workload, and continue to develop our premises.
We are looking for a GP to join us on a salaried contract. We will consider applications for 5 sessions with a start date as soon as possible.
The hours of work are by agreement during our core business hours 08:00 - 18:30h.
The postholder will work either from the hub or on a rota basis between the member practices, supporting our practices with GP access and appointments. We are a highly supportive PCN and the practices all work closely within the PCN, unde...
