- Provide administrative support to Senior Sales, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other client documentation.
- Assist in order processing, inputting sales orders, monitoring inventory status, and coordinating with the logistics and procurement teams.
- Track order status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Compile regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding documents, payments, or inquiries.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and sales proposals.
- Support the team in trade shows, client visits, or product promotions when needed.
- Ensure timely communication between sales, warehouse, and shipping departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
