This is a key role bridging warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & brewery
- Generate invoices using Sage Accounting software
- Act as a primary contact for customers, providing updates and responding to queries
