Job Summary
Reports to the Sales Manager, the Sales and Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in sales, marketing, and inventory activities related to UBC Press publications and those distributed through agency or distribution agreements. The position develops and implements sales campaigns and strategies to ensure growth across all market channels and manages inventory levels in Canada and internationally to meet demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns and strategies across all market channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends and make recommendations to the Sales Manager.
- Identify and conduct research on new potential markets and customers, including libraries, bookstores, and post‑secondary instructors in Canada and the U.S.
