Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing and Customer Service Supervisor this role delivers executive support to the Commissioner and Departmental Management Team, coordinates departmental special projects, and offers operational back-up to the Sales and Service team.
Accountabilities:
Executive Administration
Manages departmental communications and follow-up.
Serves as liaison between the Commissioner, senior management, Council, and Town departments.
Supports DMT meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Assists with annual business planning, budgeting, and rates/fees reviews.
Identifies and tracks grant opportunities and reporting.
Maintains departmental policies and confidential records.
