Support education sales initiatives with Merrithew as a Sales Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Toronto. This position emphasizes superior customer service and sales support.
You will assist in coordinating education programs at various Merrithew Training Centers, working closely with Managers in business development and lead generation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare hosting and Instructor Trainer agreements accurately
• Manage event orders and invoicing in the EMS
• Coordinate travel logistics for Instructor Trainers
• Maintain communication with Training Sites during events
• Provide primary support for customer service inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in sales support and customer service
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is essential
• Strong attention to detail in task execution
