Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Construction & Warranty, as the Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the Sales department and facilitate the sales process. You also handle administration, data management and reporting associated with presales and sold showhomes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and processing sales or change requests, ensuring accuracy of information. Circulating documents to the relevant parties and following up to close deals.Maintaining and updating model prices and schedules in system.Performing quality checks on information in system such as deposits, contingency information, addendums and submission of complete packages.Uploading all relevant information into SharePoint and other programs as assigned.Managing lot developer promotions and processing mortgage approvals.Analyzing survey submissions and generating reports accordingly....
