Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing customer tender submissions, preparing quotations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal responses. This role serves as the central point of contact between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, and Field Services to support business development efforts and secure new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Proposal Management
- Review and analyze customer RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid opportunities
- Coordinate internal kickoff meetings to review customer requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Gather pricing, technical details, service capabilities, and supporting documentation from internal departments
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete and compliant tender responses within deadlines
