The opportunity now is to take that platform and build on it - elevating how the business engages with customers, expanding the value it creates, and realising the enterprise potential that market leadership makes possible.
The next phase of growth calls for a different kind of commercial leadership. There is significant whitespace within the existing customer base, and a broader market opportunity that proactive, enterprise-led selling is better placed to unlock. The foundations are in place and the ambition now is to build on them with greater intention and at greater scale.
This is a role for a Sales Director who wants to shape what a market leader looks like at its next level of maturity.
