About The Role
As Sales Director of Rippling’s Global Products, you will lead a team of Managers, Account Executives and SDRs. Develop the overall strategy for Rippling’s growth in LATAM. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Global Sales team, the recruiting, onboarding, ongoing training and development of your team, and you’ll be an integral part in growing Rippling’s presence in the region. This position reports to our VP of Global Sales.
We are open to hiring for this role in Mexico City and Bogotá.
