Title: Sales Director

Reporting to: Managing Director, Brokerage

You will
- Work closely with the Sales VP, Managing Director and Account Management team to develop annual sales plans consistent with regional Experior sales plan for life and critical illness products.
- Assist in keeping Experior offices, within your assigned territory, up to date on advisor’s business planning, training and follow-up activity.
- Increase sales productivity of targeted advisor groups.
- Ensure business plans leverage all related ivari electronic processing tools and programs.
- Conduct select presentations on products, programs and practice management tools.
- Regularly network within regional branch offices to grow advisor base through identifying new prospects.
