The Role

This position supports the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion in partnership with Account Managers. The Sales & Estimating Specialist plays a key role in coordinating project timelines, managing documentation, supporting bid and quotation processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role acts as a central resource for both internal teams and clients, helping to drive project efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers to support project bids, tenders, and overall sales strategies, including gathering pre- and post-tender feedback.

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, tracking progress to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including take-offs, bids, quotations, and supporting materials.
