- Engineering Degree is a plus and/or experience in related industrial setting
Knowledge, Skills, and General Abilities
- Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably involving steel production or refractories.
- Strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication in English.
- Ability to learn inventory control processes and standards
- Tracking, analyzing and explaining data
- Familiarity with heavy industrial environments and related safety standards.
- Must be comfortable in dealing with customers from all levels
